Welcome to the Applied Chemistry Laboratory!

This is one of the research labs in the Department of Chemical Sciences, Tezpur University, which primarily focuses on applied chemistry. All of us are bound together by a strong determination to work in direct sync to society welfare.

We take utmost pride in our works pertaining to water treatment, especially Arsenic & Fluoride. We also work in reviving traditional painting technologies of Assam, which involve studies on manuscripts (Sancipat) and dyes (Mahi). All of our research is fueled by a desire to design low cost solutions to the needy, as well as promote and preserve cultural identity with the help of science and technology.
